COURTNEY'S STORY

At 16 years old, Courtney found herself pregnant and alone. YoungLives​ leaders would meet monthly at Courtney’s school to bring in lunch and invite moms to monthly YoungLives​ Clubs and Courtney said yes! After coming to a few Clubs Courtney knew there was something different about YoungLives.

It wasn’t until that year at Camp that she would meet her soon-to-be mentor, Becky. Someone who would choose to experience life-on-life with her and would express the love of Jesus in a meaningful relationship.

When Courtney met her mentor Becky, everything changed. For the first time in her life, Courtney had a support system and a community of other moms like her. Giving her a hope for herself and her daughter's future.
